1、Product classification.
According to product capacity classification: 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.2ml, 2.0ml, 2.2ml; according to the number of holes classification: common can be divided into 96-well plate, 384-well plate; according to the hole type classification: 96-well plate can be mainly divided into round hole type and square hole type. Medical grade PP raw materials, in line with USP VI grade, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance; products in 100,000 class cleanroom production, packaging; no DNase, RNase no heat source pollution, low heavy metal content; can be frozen up to -80 ℃; 4000g centrifugal force, no breakage, no deformation; can be autoclaved, 121 ℃, 20psi, 20 minutes without deformation, heating Uniform; less residual liquid, less wall hanging phenomenon; product size in line with ANSI standards; available self-adhesive, silicone, sealing, no leakage; good flatness, can be sealed with heat sealing film for long distance transportation.
3、Product use.
Sample processing: can be combined with plate-gun, high-throughput automated liquid manipulation instruments and software to achieve high-throughput manipulation of biological samples, such as precipitation of proteins, liquid extraction, accounting extraction, etc., greatly improving the efficiency of sample processing, and can withstand autoclave treatment at 121°C.
The sample feeder can be placed directly into the sample compartment of the automated equipment, which not only increases the number of samples in the compartment exponentially compared to the traditional sample feeder, but also allows samples to be fed directly into the sample compartment after processing on a 96-well plate, eliminating the need for tedious work such as aspiration and sample placement.
Applications: genomic DNA extraction, plasmid DNA extraction and nucleic acid extraction and purification of various samples, high throughput automated liquid manipulation, enabling high throughput operations such as precipitation of proteins, liquid extraction, animal tissue, bacteria, plants, soil, clinical samples, yeast, etc.
