　　1、Failure phenomenon: cylinder action is not flexible; slow speed

　　Reason: measurement cylinder air pressure is too low; filling system air leakage; air source two links damaged.

　　Elimination method: adjust the multi-functional filling machine pressure reducing valve, so that the air pressure is maintained at 0.6Mpa; check the air pipeline to make it sealed; replace the air source two couplings.

　　2、 failure phenomenon: multi-functional filling machine does not fill

　　Reason: One-way throttle valve damage or blockage; gas source duplex damaged; cylinder down too fast, rushing through the stroke valve position.

　　Elimination method: clean up or replace the throttle valve; replace the air source duplex; make the cylinder return to the position, adjust the multifunctional filling machine throttle valve, to the cylinder down speed appropriate.

　　3、Installation of multifunctional filling machine notes

　　After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical data is complete and whether the machine is damaged in transport so that it can be solved in time.

　　Install and adjust the feeding and discharging components according to the shape illustration in this manual.

　　Apply fresh lubricant to all lubrication points.
