  1. Installation

  According to the different models and specifications of the filling machine, please refer to the accompanying manual for installation.

  For a small filling machine, it is not required to build a foundation. It only needs to be installed on a flat workshop floor, set a horizontal benchmark, adjust the elevation of the bottle-in chain belt and bottle-out chain belt according to the layout drawing, and adjust the feet to make the whole machine The load is evenly distributed.

  For large bottling and capping machines, it is necessary to build a solid installation base as required. When installing, a horizontal reference should be laid, especially when it is integrated with the capping machine, the two parts of the bottle-in belt and the bottle-out belt must be at the same horizontal reference.

  In order to ensure the smooth bottle feeding, the bottle feeding support plate under the bottle feeding star wheel should be 0.5-1mm higher than the bottle supporting table; the bottle output supporting plate under the middle star wheel should be 0.5-1mm lower than the bottle supporting table plane. Check whether each transmission coupling is free to operate, and there should be no clamping interference. The horizontal part of the liquid inlet pipe should have a certain slope to facilitate emptying and air discharge. Make sure that each foot is loaded evenly.

  2. Debugging

  After confirming that the machine is installed, you can debug it step by step as follows.

  Replace and assemble appropriate accessories according to the type of bottle to be filled, and adjust each component, including the distance between the guide rod of the bottle feeding screw, the safety switch of the side guard, the star-shaped dial, the liquid storage tank and the adjustment of the height of the gland head, etc.

  Thoroughly clean the liquid storage tank, liquid material pipeline and gas pipeline to ensure that there is no foreign matter. Perform a hydraulic test on the liquid storage tank and the pipeline at the same time.

  Carefully check whether the wiring of the electrical control box is correct, and only turn on the main switch after manually rotating the equipment without any clamping phenomenon. Start the device by jogging to check whether there is any abnormality.

  Start the machine at low speed and check the starting, braking, emergency stop and speed regulation performance. Then input an empty bottle at a low speed, check whether it can pass through the bottle feeding screw, guide rod and star wheel smoothly, and whether each control block can respond sensitively. Check whether the drop cover is smooth and smooth, and whether the cover is tight. After that, adjust the value of each instrument on the liquid-gas control cabinet according to the filling requirements.

  Check the liquid level and pressure of the liquid storage tank, make a filling test, adjust the filling head, and control the filling level.

  3. Maintenance

  During the use of the filling machine, regular maintenance must be carried out as required. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the lubrication state of the equipment must be good, and each lubricating point must be lubricated in time to maintain the oil level of each oil tank and the intact spray lubrication function. Replace various damaged parts in time, such as seals, bottle conveying parts and wearing parts in transmission parts. The movable parts that have not been adjusted for a long time, such as the liquid storage tank and the height adjustment device of the capping machine, must be operated regularly to avoid corrosion. Regularly clean the liquid storage tank, infusion tube, filling valve and parts that may come into contact with the liquid material as required. After each shift, liquid material residues, oil stains, accumulated water and glass fragments should be removed to keep the equipment clean and hygienic.
