GST non-standard automation equipment customization manufacturer will introduce the faults and solutions of the automatic baler this time. The automatic baler is an efficient and automated packaging equipment that is widely used in logistics, packaging and other industries. However, in the process of use, it is inevitable that various failures will occur, which will affect the production efficiency and packaging quality. This article will introduce the common faults and solutions of the automatic baler to help users better use and maintain the equipment.
1. The ironing head of the baler does not heat
Check whether the heating plate is damaged. Disconnect the connecting cable of the ironing head, and check the resistance of the heating plate with a multimeter. The normal value is about 96Ω. If the resistance value is infinite or less than 10Ω, the heating plate is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Check whether the heating plate input power is normal. Use a multimeter to detect the voltage of the input terminal of the ironing head, and the normal value is AC 220V. If the voltage value is 0V or higher than 220V, it means that the input power is abnormal, and the wiring and power supply need to be checked.
Check whether the input power line of the heating plate is in poor contact. Pull out the input power cord plug of the ironing head, and check whether the wire end is oxidized or loose. If oxidized, sand it; if loose, reattach and tighten.
2. The baler is not tied tightly
Check whether the tension of the strap is appropriate. Adjust the strap tension bolt to make the strap a certain tension. If the tension is too small, the binding will not be tight, and if the tension is too large, the packing belt and ironing head will be easily damaged.
Check if the strapping is damp. If the strap gets wet, it will cause loose packing. At this time, the dry strap needs to be replaced.
Check whether the sensor of the baler is sensitive. Test the sensor sensitivity of the baler with a packing tape. If the sensor is not sensitive, the sensor needs to be replaced.
3. The baler does not send belts
Check whether there is any foreign matter in the belt feeding sensor. Check whether there is any foreign matter on the surface of the belt feed sensor, and if so, wipe the surface of the sensor with a dry cloth.
Check whether the belt feeding motor is damaged. Check the power supply and resistance value of the belt feeding motor, the normal value is about DC 12V and 30Ω. If the voltage is abnormal or the resistance value is infinite, it means that the belt feeding motor is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Check whether the belt feeding spring is loose. Check whether the elastic force of the feeding spring is normal, if it is loose, it is necessary to adjust the tension of the feeding spring.
4. Packing machine cassette
Check whether there is any foreign matter inside the baler. Open the top cover of the baler and check whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the running part inside. If there is, remove the foreign matter with a tool.
Check whether the parts of the baler are worn. Check whether the running parts of the baler are worn, such as gears, chains, etc. If so, the worn parts need to be replaced.
Check whether the motor of the baler is running normally. Check whether the motor of the baler is running normally. If it is abnormal, the motor needs to be replaced.
5. The operation of the baler is not sensitive
Check whether the communication connection between the touch screen and PLC is normal. Check whether the communication connection between the touch screen and the PLC is loose or disconnected. If there is a problem, it needs to be reconnected or tightened.
Check whether the power supply of the baler is normal. Check whether the power supply of the baler is stable, if not, replace the stable power supply.
Check whether the operation interface of the baler is damaged. If there are blurred screens or malfunctions on the operation interface, it is necessary to replace the touch screen or repair the operation interface.
There are many types of faults in automatic balers, and the solutions vary depending on the model and fault type. When encountering a fault, first analyze the fault phenomenon, determine the cause of the fault, and then take corresponding solutions. At the same time, regular maintenance and maintenance of the equipment can reduce the probability of failure and increase the service life of the equipment.
