The source manufacturer of GST automatic blister packaging machine shares the common sense of blister: what is thick blister? What is double blister packaging? What is card blister packaging? box?
1. What is thick blister?
Thick blister means that the thickness of the raw material used exceeds 2mm, and it cannot be formed on a fully automatic machine. It must be processed and produced by a semi-automatic blister forming machine dedicated to thick plates. Thick plastic products generally have a large area, a large height, and a thick material. The following materials are often used for processing: ABS, acrylic (plexiglass), PS, PC, PVC, etc.
2. What is double blister packaging?
Basic knowledge: Double blister packaging refers to the packaging form in which paper cards and products are packaged together with two blisters. Its characteristic is that a high-frequency machine is required to seal the edges of the double blisters, which is low in efficiency and high in packaging costs, but the edges are neat and beautiful, and the appearance of the product is high-grade.
Note: Only PVC and PETG films can be used for the blister, otherwise the heat sealing will not be possible or the heat sealing effect will not be good; the quality of the high-frequency mold determines the quality of the edge of the double blister.
3. What is blister card packaging?
Basic knowledge: Blister card packaging refers to heat-sealing blisters on the surface of paper cards with blister oil, which is often used for battery packaging in common supermarkets. Its characteristic is that it needs blister sealing equipment to seal the product between the paper card and the blister.
Note: It is required that the surface of the paper card must be covered with blister oil (so that it can be heat-sealed with the PVC blister); the blister can only be made of PVC or PETG sheets; because the blister is only glued to the surface of the paper card, the packaged product Not too heavy.
4. What is card packaging?
Basic knowledge: Insert card packaging refers to the packaging form in which paper cards and transparent blisters folded over three sides are inserted together. Just in place.
Precautions: The size of the paper card and the folded blister is appropriate. If they are inserted too tightly, the paper card and blister will be deformed; if they are too loose, they will be easily separated. When the product is too heavy, it is necessary to consider using a staple to fix the paper card and the blister at a certain position.
5. What is flocking blister?
It is a blister tray made of special materials. A layer of velvet material is glued on the surface of ordinary plastic hard sheets, so that the surface of the tray has a velvet feel and is used to improve the grade of packaging products.
6. What is a blister box?
In a broad sense, it refers to all blisters. In a narrow sense, it is just a type of blister: it is formed into a plastic box shape with sheet material, and the cover is connected to the container. It is mostly made of PS, and there are also those that separate the cover and bottom, and different materials can be used. For Japanese fast food boxes, the bottom is made of black PS, and the cover is made of transparent PET.
