The GST centrifugal tube automatic production line is used for automatic feeding, automatic printing, automatic drying, automatic capping, automatic detection, automatic bagging, automatic packaging and automatic coding of centrifugal tubes. The GST centrifugal tube automatic production line has the characteristics of accurate feeding, good screen printing, adjustable capping, neat bagging and adjustable packaging quantity. Here we follow GST Technology to see what are the precautions for centrifugal tube installation!
Centrifuge tube installation precautions.
1. When using various centrifuges, all centrifuge tubes, caps, baskets and suitable accessories must be precisely balanced in advance on a balance. The weight deviation during balancing must not exceed the range specified in the centrifuge manual.
Weight levelling requires a deviation of no more than 0.1 g for general precision balancing and no more than 1 g for routine applications, with the weight deviation not exceeding the range specified in the centrifuge instructions.
Density levelling, the material filled in the centrifuge tubes must be of similar density, otherwise the load will be unevenly distributed.
Try to avoid loading the rotor with an odd number of centrifuge tubes, when the rotor is only partially loaded it should be evenly distributed so that the load is evenly distributed over the rotor body.
When an odd number of centrifuge tubes are loaded and balanced the equilibrium tube must be filled with a material of similar density, e.g. for centrifuging bacteria from culture media, which can be balanced with water. However, cesium chloride must not be equilibrated with water.
2. When loading solutions, choose a suitable tube according to the nature and volume of the centrifuged solution according to the specific operating instructions for the centrifuge.
3. When using uncapped centrifuge tubes, the liquid must not be overfilled to avoid throwing out during centrifugation, causing unbalance, rust or corrosion of the rotor.
4. When using cap-sealed centrifuge tubes, the vacuum must be filled to prevent the upper part of the plastic tube from being deformed by the vacuum during centrifugation.
