Before executing the operation of the automatic blister machine, the operator should be familiar with the machine's operation manual and safety matters. The factory should also organize relevant operators to participate in training, and only after training can participate in the work.
One. Preparation before starting the machine
1、Wear the work clothes specified in the workshop before starting production.
2、 clean up around the equipment, do not allow the storage of items not related to production on the equipment.
3、Clean up debris inside and outside the equipment, wipe the blister mold with clean cotton yarn and remove the oil on the surface of the mold.
4、Check the hydraulic station oil level, not enough to refill.
5、Before turning on the machine, carefully check the power supply and control system of the blister machine, heating system to see if it is normal and if the press (knob) is in the exact position.
6、 accurately install the mold to the blister machine, adjust the size of the surrounding film and the position of the pressure plate to ensure that the surrounding seal. During the installation process, be sure to fix the upper mold stop lock.
Second, start the machine
1、Set the machine heating time, vacuum time, cooling time, blowing time, demoulding time, and test run to ensure the machine running process is correct.
2、Set the required temperature according to the characteristics and thickness of the processed material and preheat the mold.
3、Manually place the test mold sheet into the mold, turn on the press switch and use the press plate to press the film. Press the electric furnace heating button to make the furnace move to the working position. During the heating process, observe the heating status of the product through the observation window. After heating, the electric furnace will automatically return to the empty position and press the automatic start, and the machine will automatically finish the upper mold, lower mold, heating, vacuuming, blowing cold air and demolding.
4、According to the state of the test mold, adjust the heating time, blowing time and other parameters of the machine. After the adjustment is completed, the official blistering of the product can be carried out. Before each material is put into the mold, check whether there is any debris inside the mold, and forbid hard objects etc. to enter the mold.
5、During the operation, keep an eye on the temperature and pressure changes, and if abnormalities are found, stop the machine and turn off the power. Wait for the mechanic to repair, in use.
6、During the operation of the equipment, never allow the situation of unattended.
Third, shut down the machine
1、After the production is finished, lower the lower mold to the lowest position to avoid the falling situation caused by the weight of the mold. Then cut off the power supply of electric furnace and general power supply.
2、Clean up the machine tool, table and ground debris, keep the workplace clean and tidy.
Four, regular maintenance
1、Check the operation buttons and signal lights once a day, if damaged, replace or repair immediately.
2、once a month to check the control system work is stable and reliable.
3、When the equipment is not produced for a long time, the equipment needs to be cleaned regularly.
