Usually large machines are lubricated to improve their operation and the wear and tear of their parts, and they all have defined lubrication points. The general lubrication part of the automatic filling machine is divided into the following seven points.

The lifting action is achieved by compressed air and the lowering action is achieved by the cam pressing down on the rollers of the bottle-holding cylinder. The bottle holder cylinder consists of a pad, guide rod, wear ring, bottle holder, shaft, roller and discharge bolt. The bottle cylinder can also be lubricated internally and externally.

The automatic refuelling pump of the automatic filling machine is under pressure and transmits the lubricant contained in itself by producing a controlled reaction of inert nitrogen. The working principle of the automatic refuelling pump is that the drive motor of the automatic filling machine is decelerated by the cycloid wheel, which drives the cam rotation, and the cam mechanism converts the motor rotation into the reciprocating movement of the plunger, and the reciprocation of the plunger realises the process of oil absorption and oil pressure so that the grease flows out from the pump outlet continuously. The automatic oiling pump of the automatic filling machine can adjust the working pressure of the pump, and also has a safety piece to play a protective role.
7、Motor gearbox
Automatic filling machine motor reducer box is composed of an electric motor, in front of its output shaft plus a reducer. Motor gearbox in the deceleration at the same time can reduce the load of automatic filling machine, speed reducer is generally used for low speed and high torque transmission equipment, ordinary reducer will also have several pairs of the same principle gear to achieve the desired deceleration effect, the ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears, is the transmission ratio.
