The ultrasonic welding used in the GST culture bottle automatic welding leak tester is a high-tech, and all hot-melt plastic products can be applied. No need to add solvents, pastes or other auxiliary products. Improve productivity, lower cost, improve product quality and production safety.
Ultrasonic welding, which converts the mains AC (190-240V, 50/60Hz) into a high-frequency high-voltage signal through the power supply box, and then converts the signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through the transducer system, and applies it to the plastic product to make it High-speed friction occurs between the two parts of the plastic product, and the temperature rises. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the product itself, the interface of the product is melted rapidly, and the product is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, thereby achieving perfect welding.
1. Ultrasonic welding
The design of a typical ultrasonic welding surface must have two functions: the design of the tongue (Sǔn) ensures easy alignment during the welding cycle. The welding wire is designed to be slender, but there must be enough meltable material to fuse the welding surface, and the specific design method depends on which workpiece equipment is used for welding.
Welding pressure, vibration amplitude and other parameters can be adjusted to ensure that the welding head can touch the welding surface and apply pressure. The lower workpiece is the part that receives pressure and is placed in the bottom mold. Heat, so it can fuse with the next workpiece. After the welding head stops vibrating, the pressure is maintained, so that the melting position is cooled and formed. The entire welding time is mostly less than one second.
2. Ultrasonic riveting
This method is used for two plastic parts of different materials, one of which has a plastic rivet running through the other, and the welding surface of the welding head is designed to be covered by the rivet. The high-frequency vibration generates heat, which melts the plastic nail and forms it on another material.
3. Ultrasonic spot welding
Two flat plastic parts, no tongue or rivet, the welding head is designed in the shape of a pistol, one end is welded through and fused into the other plane. The advantage is that the welding surface does not need any special design. For large flat workpieces, the welding head has a high vibration amplitude, and the welding head surface should be designed according to the final requirements.
4. Ultrasonic embedding
This method is used for two plastic parts of different materials, one of which has a plastic rivet running through the other, and the welding surface of the welding head is designed to be covered by the rivet. The high-frequency vibration generates heat, which melts the plastic nail and forms it on another material.
5. Ultrasonic resection (cutting)
The ultrasonic high-speed vibration welding head cuts off the sharp burrs of injection-molded plastic parts, and cuts off the injection port, so that the plastic parts can be separated from the injection flow channel in an instant, eliminating the need for manual removal. The advantage is that the cut is smooth and clean without cracking or wire drawing .
6. Ultrasonic forming
Similar to ultrasonic riveting. It is to press the concave welding head on the outer ring of the plastic product, make it vibrate at high frequency, then melt the plastic and wrap it on the metal object to fix it, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful. It is mostly used in the fixing and forming of electronics and speakers. And lens fixation for cosmetics, etc.
